El objetivo de la medida, aprobada en Real Decreto Ley, es fomentar el acuerdo entre las partes en litigio y\u00a0resolver los conflictos de esta \u00edndole antes de llegar a los tribunales.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A diferencia del proceso arbitral, <strong>el mediador no tendr\u00e1 capacidad de decisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, sino que fomentar\u00e1 la posibilidad de acuerdo, siendo este vinculante para ambas partes, que podr\u00e1n elevarlo a escritura p\u00fablica para darle \u00abfuerza ejecutiva\u00bb. La nueva normativa extiende al \u00e1mbito civil y mercantil, con expresa exclusi\u00f3n de la mediaci\u00f3n penal, laboral, consumo y con las Administraciones P\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u00abUna de las reformas m\u00e1s importantes del pa\u00eds es colocar a la Justicia en el \u00e1mbito de las administraciones modernas, eficaces y eficientes.
